Prize money

The 2026 US Open gave out a total of $108 million to players, which is the biggest prize money package in tennis history and a 21% rise from the previous year.

Both the men's and women's singles champions each got $5,500,000, which is a 10% increase from the $5,000,000 they received in 2025.The players who came in second place each earned $2,800,000.Players who won their first match in the singles event got $140,000, which is a 27.3% increase compared to 2025.
